Picked it up in home-ec class (yes, YEARS ago), and did really well with sweaters and such, but then lost interest. Now, I'm ready again. Thanks for pushing my thoughts into action wit this post.Simply Melhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15881462293605864150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-960977904575364249.post-34025025419781071262009-07-27T19:16:30.829+01:002009-07-27T19:16:30.829+01:00Have you tried using circular needles. You don't have seams *YA!* to finish up at the end and I always feel a lot less clumsy with the circs then I do with the straight needles.

give it a shot, you might find you liek it a lot more.

(great colors btw!)vanessa/NessieNoodlehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11956202676065863060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-960977904575364249.post-13732363013705885962009-07-27T13:57:00.450+01:002009-07-27T13:57:00.450+01:00I didn't know about the double knitting, and I...I didn't know about the double knitting, and I'm almost tempted to find my needles again to try it out. I'm very familiar with the problem of indulging in yarn or fabrics, but, honestly, when you buy at street markets you simply have to: you can never be sure to find that stall again the next time:)! (I drove 30 kms today to buy a particular kind of string only to find that the stall was on vacation! In July!! Peak of tourist season!!!). I love the bright fuchsia color.fuoriborgo.comhttp://www.fuoriborgo.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-960977904575364249.post-3008168394409970102009-07-27T11:38:01.877+01:002009-07-27T11:38:01.877+01:00fantastic ! i love ravelry too !fantastic ! i love ravelry too !Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01007899936408265596noreply@blogger.com
